🚚 Treasure Island Finds — Shipping Policy

At Treasure Island Finds, we work hard to pack and ship your Mystery Boxes quickly, securely, and with care. Here's how our shipping process works:


📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days after payment is received. During peak times, processing may take up to 5 business days — but we aim to move fast.


🚚 Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to track your package.


📍 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your box. In some cases, free or flat-rate shipping may apply (we’ll clearly state that in the listing if so).


🧾 Local Pickup (If Available)

If you are local and select the “Local Pickup” option at checkout, you’ll receive a separate email or message with pickup instructions, including location, time window, and contact info.


❗ Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or items marked as delivered but not received.

We encourage you to:

  • Track your shipment closely

  • File a claim with the carrier for lost/stolen packages

  • Contact us if you need assistance with documentation


🌎 International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
